Is there an age limit to attend a BTPE event?
All BTPE events are 18+
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable due to the extensive preplanning and costs that go into the event before it takes place. There are no exceptions.
How do I become a Vendor at an event?
We will have Vendor Interest Forms available on the event page when we are accepting applications. Watch our social media for announcements and updates.
I'm an author who would like to attend an event. How do I apply?
We will have Author Interest Forms available on the event page when we are accepting applications. Watch our social media for announcements and updates.
Are there payment plans for tickets?
Yes! We wanted to make sure everyone was able to attend any BTPE event they wanted so AfterPay and Affim are available at checkout.
Will there be alcohol?
Most, if not all, of BTPE's events will have alcohol being served. You will be required to show your ID to consume alcoholic beverages.
I bought a ticket but can not longer attend. What do I do?
You can pass your ticket along to a friend who is able to attend. If you can not find anyone to give your ticket to, contact BTPE.
Do you host events in different cities?
At this time, the farthest we can travel to host events is Huntington, WV.
