ACODAS 2025 will be held at the Valley Park Conference Center in Hurricane, West Virginia on March 29th 2025. Doors will open at 7 pm and your night of fun will end around midnight. Enjoy an unlimited dinner & dessert buffet, access to multiple cash bars (beer & "fae" wine), multiple photo stations throughout the event for your personal memories and of course, dancing!

This is a formal fantasy/ cosplay event so ball gowns, tuxes, battle leathers, etc. are HIGHLY encouraged.
